Michael Markowitz Associates

Michael Markowitz Associates (MMA) works with companies of all sizes to provide a range of services, including brand strategy, market research, and consulting. I have worked with Michael since the beginning of my freelance career to bring his firm’s strategy to life for clients such as Rio Chama and Good Chemistry.

On this project, we collaborated to reimagine his brand, update the MMA logo, and design a new website. The logo update involved refining line weights, improving logotype legibility, and expanding the identity to several secondary elements and color palettes.

Website Design and Illustrations

Following Michael’s creative direction, I developed illustrations and patterns for the section headers of MMA’s continuous-scroll website. The rich color palette creates a visually stunning, one-of-a-kind artful experience that reflects the brand personality. Illustrations feature pyramid shapes inspired by the logo, an element Michael uses in MMA presentations.
